Shipping Policy

New Orders:

  • Some items (mostly metal urns) may be out of stock with little or no notice from manufacturers or distributors. If this occurs, we will cancel your order and contact you immediately.
  • Orders may experience longer shipping times of 2-3 additional days.
  • We are not offering expedited or overnight shipping at this time due to international supply issues.

Existing Orders:

  • If your order will be significantly delayed (more than 5-7 days), we will contact you via email or phone.

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all products within the Continental U.S., with an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

We do not ship outside the U.S.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping will be delayed until a valid street address is provided.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day, unless otherwise stated on the product description.

Holidays Observed by Shipping Companies: Orders will not be processed or delivered on these days:

FedEx, UPS, and USPS do not ship on the Monday following a holiday that falls on Sunday. Observed holidays include:

New Year’s Eve – New Year’s Day – MLK Birthday – Memorial Day – 4th of July – Labor Day – Columbus Day – Thanksgiving Day – Day After Thanksgiving – Christmas Day

Our suppliers may also be closed on the following days. Items may not ship on these dates:

President’s Day – Ash Wednesday – Passover – Good Friday – Rosh Hashanah – Veterans Day – Hanukkah

*If engraving is ordered, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.

Urns and Urn Keepsakes: Approx. 3-7 business days (no weekends or holidays).

Cremation Jewelry: Approx. 5-7 business days (no weekends or holidays).

*We ship only within the Continental U.S.; return shipping fees for items shipped outside the U.S. will not be refunded, even in cases of product error or damage.

*A shipping charge may be added if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided (e.g., missing apartment, suite, or building numbers), resulting in re-delivery or return of shipment.

Cancelling an Order After It Has Shipped: If an order is cancelled after an item has shipped but before delivery, you will be responsible for both the shipping charges to your location and return shipping costs, even if the order originally had Free Shipping.
