When purchasing an urn or memorial product, you acknowledge that items made from natural materials—such as granite, marble, glass, and wood—may have variations in color and characteristics. Muhay makes every effort to display product images accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor or device. We cannot guarantee that images will match the actual product exactly.

• Payment

All orders on Muhay must be paid in full before processing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

• Pricing

Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Muhay is not responsible for errors or omissions in content. If a price is incorrect due to a typographical error or incorrect information from suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

We also reserve the right to modify this website, its policies, terms, and conditions at any time.

• Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled until the item has shipped. Customized items, such as engraved products, may not be cancelled once production has started. If an engraved product has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled, and the item will be shipped.

Muhay reserves the right to refuse any order and issue a full refund for any reason, as long as the order has not been completed.

Muhay guarantees that our urns are made from natural materials and are delivered free of defects. Muhay, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any products sold.

Any legal action involving Muhay or its subsidiaries will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising from your use of this site or orders placed will be in the appropriate Federal or State Court in New Jersey.
